Chia pudding

  • 1/4 cup (or 45 g) chia seeds
  • 1 cup (or 250 ml) unsweetened almond milk (see tips in recipe)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh berries and/or chopped nuts (optional)


  • Put your chia seeds in a mixing bowl.
  • Add almond milk.
  • Add honey and stir the mixture thoroughly.
  • Let it soak for 5 minutes. Than stir again.
  • Wait another 5 minutes and stir, and yet another 5 minutes and stir again.
  • Cover and let it soak all the liquids overnight (or at least for 4 hours) in the fridge.
  • Serve you chia pudding in small bowls with fresh berries (blackberries and blackcurrants on the picture) and/or nuts (e.g. chopped almonds, peanuts, walnuts).
